Schedule for the release of the next episode of the popular series will be changed
The release of Assassin`s Creed Mirage has been postponed. According to insider Tom Henderson, the game was scheduled to be released in August 2023, but now there has been some internal delay and this has affected the release schedule.

Assassins Creed Mirage probably wont be introduced until October at the earliest. This is the usual time frame for the franchise, but it puts the new episode in a much busier premiere interval. August tends to be pretty empty for new game releases, and this would be the optimal "window" to start. There's no official comment on this yet.

Note that the Assassin`s Creed series is the crown jewel of Ubisoft, as it brings in a lot of money and is incredibly popular. It has had to undergo some changes over the years, but it maintains its position as one of the most famous game franchises.

With each new episode, the modern storyline has become more and more overshadowed, and the creators of the series have moved away from the annual release scheme, instead choosing to supplement the current DLC. The next game, "Assassin`s Creed Mirage" brings the series back to its golden era, when it was slightly smaller in scale rather than a giant RPG with extensive maps and hundreds of hours of gameplay.

What is Assassin`s Creed Mirage about?

The action takes place in Baghdad and will center around the character Basim, who previously appeared in 'Assassin`s Creed: Valhalla. "Dive into the story of Basim, a cunning street thief seeking answers and justice as he travels the bustling streets of ninth-century Baghdad," reads the description. - "Thanks to a mysterious, ancient organization known as the Unseen, he will become a deadly Master Assassin and change his fate in ways he never imagined."
