Black Adam star Dwayne Johnson expressed hope for a possible crossover between the Marvel Cinematic Universe and the DC Extended Universe. In an interview with Total Film, Johnson touched on the studio's ambitions to expand the DCEU by introducing new characters and spin-offs. He noted that "Black Adam" exists within the "big umbrella of the DC universe," which could eventually pave the way for crossovers both within that shared space and beyond, perhaps even with Marvel characters.
I'm optimistic. It's just my nature. Especially when it comes to creativity. Especially when it comes to movies. And especially when it comes to the DC pantheon of superheroes and supervillains. Across the street from us is the pantheon of Marvel superheroes and supervillains. To me, not only can they exist, but they should, in my opinion, cross paths one day," said Johnson, whose fee for the role of Black Adam, according to insider information, was $22.5 million.
The Black Adam movie comic will premiere on October 19, 2022.Dwayne Johnson (Dwayne Johnson). Born May 02, 1972.
