The former spouses have agreed to settle their differences in a pre-trial settlement
Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have finally agreed on one thing - they both want to try to end their legal war over a winery they once owned together, and intend to do so out of court.

According to new legal documents, the former spouses have agreed to mediation as a means of settling their dispute over the French estate Chateau Miraval, potentially marking a major development in this bitter legal battle.

Brad Pitt has previously claimed that Angelina Jolie defrauded him by secretly selling her stake in the winery to a Russian oligarch in 2021, and the popular Hollywood actor then sued her to overturn the deal.

Brad Pitt also claimed that he had spent a lot of time and money on the vineyard over the years, although he also admitted that Angelina Jolie paid 40 per cent of the original purchase price of $28.4 million. The actor believed they always had a mutual understanding, with neither of them being able to sell their share without the other's consent.
