Disney+ is preparing a TV series based on the "Finding Nemo" cartoon

The much-loved 2003 animated film "Finding Nemo" may be the basis for a series being developed for Disney+ streaming service. Unconfirmed information, officially unconfirmed at this time, came out on a recent episode of the DisInsider podcast. It was said that the "Finding Nemo" series may be in early development for Disney+ along with spin-offs of other Pixar studio projects. "In general, the information from Pixar ... let's just say that within a couple of years, we're all in for original content after the release of 'Buzz Lightyear'... thanks to series like "Cars On The Road" and "Doug's Days." Pixar is diving into the world of TV series... they're going to develop with Andrew Stanton a series based on 'Finding Nemo' for Disney+," the quote reads.
Recall that in 2016, 13 years after "Finding Nemo" premiered, a sequel to "Finding Dory" was released. In the series, which is currently just a rumor, the plot could revolve around Nemo and his schooling, which he returned to in the original cartoon's finale. Dory and Marlin's relationship could also have been at the center of the plot.
