Ezra Miller arrested again for assault
Ezra Miller, star of the DC Cinematic Universe and the upcoming movie "The Flash," was arrested again Tuesday morning on suspicion of second-degree assault. According to the Hawaii Island Police Department, Miller was taken into custody around 1:30 a.m. after an incident at a residence in Pasha Township on the Big Island. The alleged offense occurred at a party at a private residence.
Miller, according to police, "became enraged after he was asked to leave and reportedly threw a chair, striking a 26-year-old woman in the forehead, who suffered a cut of about half an inch as a result of those actions." The actor was arrested shortly thereafter by police patrol, for which there was even a roadblock. After a report was made, Miller was released "pending further investigation."
Recall that in late March, the DC star, who refused gender identity, found himself detained and charged with disorderly conduct and harassment after a scuffle at a karaoke bar in Hilo. He was released on bail pending a future trial.
It was also reported that Warner Bros. studio executives were holding an emergency meeting to decide the fate of future film projects involving the actor.
