Stephen Amell will reprise his role as Green Arrow in the final season of "The Flash" series
Oliver Queen will team up with Barry Allen once again in the ninth and final season of the series "The Flash." The CW announced today that Stephen Amell, who starred in the TV comic "Arrow" and also appeared in the "Flash" spin-off, will return as a guest star in the ninth episode. Stephen Amell will join previously announced David Ramsey (John Diggle/Spartan), Keenan Lonsdale (Wally West/Kid Flash) and Sandhill Ramamurthy (Ramsey Rosso).
As a reminder, Barry Allen, played by Grant Gustin, was first introduced in the Arrowverse series that launched the Arrowverse universe on The CW before the superhero got his own named series, The Flash, in 2014.
Based on DC Comics characters, "The Flash" was created by Bonanza Productions Inc. in association with Berlanti Productions and Warner Bros. Television. Greg Berlanti, Eric Wallace and Sarah Schechter share executive producer duties. Stephen Amell appeared in eight episodes of The Flash as Oliver Queen, also known as Green Arrow.
