"Flash" star Ezra Miller is accused of new offenses
Legal troubles for DC Cinematic Universe star Ezra Miller continue to escalate after he was charged with disorderly conduct and harassment in connection with two alleged incidents at a karaoke bar in Hawaii last weekend.
Two Hilo residents filed a motion for a temporary restraining order against the 29-year-old star of "Justice League" and "The Flash" in district court Tuesday. According to the document, the plaintiffs allege that Miller stalked and threatened them. The complaint alleges that Ezra Miller "broke into the complainants' bedroom and threatened the man, stating, 'I will bury you and your whore wife.
The document also alleges that Miller stole some of the alleged victims' personal belongings, including a Social Security card, wallet, passport, driver's license and bank cards. "Defendant is famous and wealthy," the document says. - This makes it much easier to have access to weapons and to send accomplices to pursue the complainant."
The document, signed by both petitioners on Tuesday, also states that "if respondent's misconduct is not duly condemned or prevented by court order, petitioners will suffer considerable emotional distress."
There has been no comment yet from the actor's own representatives on the matter.
