Jason Momoa is confident of Aquaman's involvement in future DC Studios projects
The actor intends to keep playing the superhero
Jason Momoa is pretty sure that Aquaman 2 and the Lost Realm will not be his last film in which he will play the DC Universe superhero Aquaman. With James Gunn and Peter Safran now heading up DC Studios and overseeing the revamped DC Universe, many comic book fans are wondering if Aquaman, played by Jason Momoa, will appear in the new comic book movies.
"Peter Safran is the producer of the film and a dear friend of mine. I am absolutely certain that Aquaman will be involved in the DC Universe," the actor recently said. - That's right bro, there's no one cooler than Aquaman! But other than that, I hope people will be excited about what they'll see in the new movie. It's a fun one. I really enjoy doing comedy projects. Patrick Wilson and I got to do something really funny. I adore him. We had a great time working together. It's like we're brothers. There's a lot of interesting stuff going on in this movie."
"The great thing about Aquaman 2 is that my partner and I wrote the first draft for it, and it was a 55-page draft, and most of it has to do with me talking to the UN about what's going on with the melting ice sheets," the actor added. - There is no distant galaxy coming to destroy us or aliens from elsewhere. We are the ones destroying our planet. We need to pull ourselves together and save our home.
