Marvel's Secret Invasion series premiere date announced.

Samuel L. Jackson crossover to debut in summer 2023
Disney+ has announced the release date for the Marvel Comics series Secret Invasion - 21 June 2023. The series page on the Disney+ streaming site says the following: "Marvel Studios' Secret Invasion stars Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury and Ben Mendelsohn as Squall Talos, characters who first met in Captain Marvel. The crossover series will tell the story of a faction of squrull werewolves who have been infiltrating Earth for years."

The main cast of Secret Invasion includes Emilia Clarke ("Game of Thrones"), Kingsley Ben-Adir ("Sharp Visors"), Cillian Scott ("The Dublin Murders"), Carmen Ejogo ("True Detective") and Christopher MacDonald ("Tricks"). The directors are Thomas Bezucha ("Blood Ties") and Ali Selim ("Criminal Minds").

Marvel Studios president and Secret Invasion producer Kevin Feigy insists the crossover series is a "dark" spy thriller bursting with suspense and plot twists, and contains an arc of scrulls whose impact can be felt throughout the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
