The premiere date for the second season of the detective comedy "Murders in One Building" has been revealed. According to the official announcement of the Hulu streaming service, the series starring Selena Gomez, Martin Short and Steve Martin will return on June 28, 2022.
The first season of the acclaimed series introduced viewers to the main characters - Mabel Mora (Gomez), unemployed and out-of-work Broadway director Oliver Putnam (Short) and retired television actor Charles-Hayden Savage (Martin) - three strangers who bonded over their obsession with crime. After the suspicious death of one of the tenants in their New York City apartment building, Arconia, the neighbors decide to start their own podcast investigating what the police believe to be a suicide.
The series debuted on Hulu last August and was renewed for a second season the following month. The script was written by Martin and and John Hoffman. In the second season, the main characters will have to find the murderer of the head of the Arconia Housing Committee, and at the same time clear their names from suspicion, because now their housemates think they are the real criminals. To make matters worse, they have rivals - a rival podcast.
