"The Prey" star Amber Midfunder has asked to join the Marvel Cinematic Universe
The lead actress in the sci-fi action movie "The Prey," Amber Midfunder confessed her love for Marvel comic book adaptations and asked to be a part of an existing film universe.
I'm definitely a big fan of the MCU. I've always loved the X-Men movies, all the Avengers movies. We'll talk about who I could play later," she stated.
It's worth noting that if Midfunder does join the Marvel Cinematic Universe, it would mark her second "coming" after the FX series "Legion," which took place in an alternate timeline of the Fox "X-Men" franchise.
Given that the MCU has recently begun creating new "X-Men" storylines following Professor Xavier's appearance in "Doctor Strange 2: Into the Multiverse of Madness" and the return of Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman in the upcoming "Deadpool 3," it will be interesting to see if Midfunder can reprise her role as Kerry from the acclaimed series, especially given her love for the character.
Even if Kerry doesn't return to the team, there are a number of other characters Amber Midfunder could play, such as embodying Wolverine X-23's daughter on screen.Amber Midfunder's best movies
